CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling an appointment, please make sure it is done 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel 24 hours before or are a no-show, you will be charged 50% of your booked service. A 10-minute delay without any anticipation will result in appointment cancellation and will be considered a no-show. Friendly reminder NO extra guest allowed. This includes KIDS!
